    Our big end-of-summer gathering: management shares where we come from, where we are and where we are heading. Then food, music and dancing for as long as everyone can keep going.

    We close the laptops and share a drink: beers, snacks and conversation with no agenda. Voluntary, with no meetings or presentations.
