Your data shouldn't wait for a report: the Seeker AI advantage

Prices, stock, content and share of search as a conversation. How Seeker AI answers in the moment, without waiting for the report.

Seeker AI chat showing product availability by retailer in real time

The usual answer to “my sales team doesn’t use the pricing dashboard” is to build a better one: more filters, more charts, a cleaner design. But it is almost never a design problem. A sales rep doesn’t open a dashboard before a call to cross three tabs and draw a conclusion; they want the answer to one very specific question, right then, without having to learn where each piece of data lives.

The challenge, in fact, is not a lack of data: it is the opposite. There is so much data and so many ways of looking at it that no dashboard, however well designed, can anticipate the exact question someone will have in mind just before a call. When the doubt is “am I more expensive or cheaper than the competition on this product right now?”, the answer shouldn’t depend on crossing filters across several dashboards until you find it; it should be one message away.

Seeker AI starts from that idea: you type the question in the chat, in the moment, and the answer arrives instantly with the real data from your account, with no menus to learn and no reports to build before you can look at the figure.

What Seeker AI is

Seeker AI is Data Seekers’ artificial intelligence chat, available inside your own app or integrated into your internal messaging system: Teams, Slack or whatever you already use. You ask the way you would ask a colleague: in whatever language you write, with no need to learn filters or menu paths. It covers four areas of your retail data (prices, stock and availability, product page content and share of search) and you can ask about one of them or combine them in the same conversation.

Everything it answers comes from your own real data. If the information is not available, Seeker AI says so instead of making up a number.

The four areas, in a single conversation

Prices. Average, minimum and maximum price by retailer, country or product, discount against your RRP and who sells above or below it, price evolution and the channel where a product is cheapest or most expensive. For example: “Average price and discount vs RRP by retailer” or “Where is my Almond Shower Oil cheapest?”.

Stock and availability. Availability percentage by retailer, country or product, where it is available or out of stock now and over time, and which marketplace sellers keep your product in stock. For example: “Which retailers have my products out of stock?” or “Availability of my catalogue by country”.

Product page content. Content quality by metric (images, videos, rich content, copy), brand presence, ratings and reviews, and an overall score per retailer. For example: “How is my content by retailer? Which is the worst?” or “Audit my Shea Hand Cream page on Amazon”.

Share of search. Your share of the top search results, keyword by keyword, organic versus sponsored, who else appears and how your visibility evolves. For example: “My share of search on main keywords, and my best retailer” or “Who shows up for ‘korean skincare’?”.

From the conversation to a report made to measure

The conversation is not lost when you close the chat: it is saved in your history and you can pick it up another day, exactly where you left it.

But the interesting part is not just being able to keep asking: it is what you can build with everything we already know about your account. With the same database we collect for you day after day, Seeker AI lets you ask for the report you need, with the level of detail you need, at the moment you need it: specific insights, trend charts, comparisons between retailers or countries, or an executive summary ready to take into a meeting.

When a conversation deserves to leave the chat, a single icon turns it into a branded report, ready to send: summary, tables and charts organised automatically, or structured to your own instructions if you need a specific order, for example an executive summary followed by a table per retailer and a price trend chart. The report opens in a new tab to print, save as PDF or send, ready for the decision you have to make from it. And it only includes the answers you trust: the ones you marked as incorrect are left out automatically.

And the more you use it, the better it understands you: Seeker AI learns from every interaction and every piece of feedback, so it gets better at interpreting what you really need and returns it in natural language, without you having to rephrase the question or learn to “talk to it” in a particular way.

Only your data, never a guess

Every figure Seeker AI gives comes from real data in your account, never from an estimate. If you ask for something it doesn’t have, it doesn’t fill the gap with a guess: it tells you that data is not available and suggests an alternative it can help you with.

Every answer carries a thumbs up or down for quick feedback on whether it got it right, which feeds directly into improvements to the system. Seeker AI already covers prices, stock, content and share of search, and that same feedback is what defines what gets added next.

Your team doesn’t need to wait for anyone to know where their price stands, where stock is missing or which retailer has the worst content. With all the information we already hold on your catalogue, they only need to ask, in their own words, at the moment they need it. If you want to see it working with your own data, request a demo.
