The impact

Standard tools force you to adapt to them. We don't.

What a pure player needs is not what an omnichannel retailer or a marketplace needs, and a generic dashboard mixes signal with noise and forces your team to reinterpret data that was not built for their reality. You have access to price, stock, catalogue and marketplace metrics, but if you cannot combine them in a single configurable view, you end up working with parallel spreadsheets for every meeting. And when an alert requires weeks of internal development to show up in a dashboard, the data arrives too late: commercial teams need the autonomy to configure their own views without depending on technical resources.

Features

Six configuration decisions that you make

Which data, where to measure it, how to see it, how to receive it, with which rules and with what help from AI.

Conversational AI for instant insights

Ask questions about your data in natural language and get immediate answers. The AI automatically detects key trends, anomalies and opportunities without you having to build the analysis manually.

You choose the data

Competitor prices, promotions, Buy Box and sellers, availability and out-of-stocks, assortment and new arrivals, ratings and reviews. Select exactly the metrics that matter to your business, without paying for data you do not use.

You choose where to measure it

Competitors, marketplaces, markets and countries. Categories, brands, lines or SKUs. Configurable coverage, with no closed packages.

You choose how to visualise it

Dashboards, tables, charts, trend lines, scorecards and heatmaps. Different views per team. Export to your BI tools.

You choose how to receive it

Access to the dashboard, automated email reports and alerts through your preferred messaging tool. Daily, weekly or on-demand delivery.

Rules and KPIs built around you

Configuration by competitor and category. Quick changes when sites evolve. A solution adapted to your business objectives.

From information to action

Every decision arrives through the right channel.

From information to action: a price, stock, catalogue or marketplace alert is analysed in context, turned into a recommendation for manual review and, only if you have decided so, executed via API or feed with Dynamic Pricing.

  1. 1 Alert On price, stock, catalogue or marketplaces.
  2. 2 Analysis of the incident With market context and history.
  3. 3 Recommendation For manual review by your team.
  4. 4 Applied via API or feed With Dynamic Pricing, only under the rules you define.

Views by team

One single database, different views.

Pricing

Your price against each competitor, Beat / Meet / Lose by category and alerts on movements, with repricing rules one click away.

Buying

Availability by brand and supplier, days out of stock and comparison against other retailers, ready for negotiation.

Category

Assortment depth, gaps against the competition, new arrivals and share by brand in each category.

Management

A global view of the competitive position by category, market and channel, with the KPIs that matter.

Lo que este módulo cambia en tu día a día

Your configuration, not a package

You decide which data, which competitors and which KPIs go into each view. When your priorities change, the dashboard changes.

One dataset, many views

The same database feeds the pricing panel, the buying panel and the management panel. Nobody argues over different figures.

No dependency on development

Adding a retailer, changing a threshold or creating a new view requires no technical resources on your side.

FAQs

Frequently asked questions about Solutions for Retailers

Can I choose the retailers and markets I analyse?

Yes. You decide which competitors, marketplaces, markets and categories go into the tracking, and you can extend or change them at any time. There are no closed packages and no penalties for scaling.

Can I have different views for each team?

Yes. You can configure separate dashboards for pricing, buying, category, ecommerce or management, each with the data and level of detail relevant to them, all on the same database.

What alerts can I configure?

Any relevant change Data Seekers captures: a competitor lowers a price, a product goes out of stock (yours or a competitor's), a new reference appears on the market, the Buy Box changes. You define the threshold, the frequency and who receives it, by email, Slack, Telegram or webhook.

How does dynamic pricing integrate via API or feed?

With the Dynamic Pricing module, the rules you define can be executed directly in your ecommerce via API or price feed, or stay in recommendation mode so your team approves first. Both modes can coexist by category.

How long does it take to configure a personalised dashboard?

It depends on the complexity, but in most cases the initial dashboard is operational within 5 to 10 business days from configuration. Subsequent iterations and adjustments are quick and require no technical development on your side.

Do I need technical knowledge to configure my views?

No. The configuration is managed by the Data Seekers team based on what you need. Once operational, the team can adjust KPIs, add competitors or change visualisations without depending on internal technical resources.

Can the data be exported to feed internal tools like BI or ERP?

Yes. Data is exported in the most common formats and can be integrated with the tools your team already uses. The export structure is configurable.

Does the AI chatbot have access to all my data or only part of it?

It has access to all the data configured in your dashboard. You can ask it about any metric, competitor or period included in your setup and get answers in natural language, with no need to build the analysis manually.

What sets Data Seekers apart from other platforms that also offer dashboards?

Most platforms have a closed product and you adapt to their views. At Data Seekers, if a metric or visualisation you need does not exist, we develop it. We do not sell a standard package, we build the solution your business needs.

Design a view of the market that fits the way you decide.

In 48 hours we will show you a real analysis of your market.
